
Catherine Towne’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. Catherine has experience in a wide array of commercial litigation matters, representing clients in disputes involving contracts, business torts, and other complex business controversies in state and federal courts. She handles all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and appeals.
Consistent with the firm’s founding philosophy, Catherine focuses on resolving disputes efficiently through realistic early assessment, targeted discovery, and dispositive motion practice, with the goal of achieving her clients’ business objectives cost-effectively.
