Ms. Taylor functions as our front line, interacting with opposing counsel on a daily basis, in all matters. She negotiates case-management orders, supervises discovery production and collection, and handles discovery, motion practice and procedural disputes. Her responsibilities include controlling litigation costs by keeping discovery focused on the issues that matter, while getting the information and documents our clients need to prove their cases, and at the same time, protecting our client's confidential business information.

Ms. Taylor spent more than a decade working on a wide variety of intellectual property matters at the Wong Cabello litigation boutique, including patent litigation, trademark litigation, trademark prosecution, and copyright registration and services. In addition to handling numerous smaller matters by herself, she acted as an integral member of teams handling large patent litigation matters for fortune 100 clients. Her particular niche is the critical role of “fixer,” in which she became known for handling difficult and unpleasant tasks successfully, with equanimity and without fanfare. After Wong Cabello merged into Blank Rome, her practice increasingly focused on daily management and coordination of large patent litigation cases.

Ms. Taylor is a successful entrepreneur in her own right, owning and managing significant real estate holdings in Houston. She brings an immediate understanding of client's practical and business concerns and perspectives to her litigation and counseling practice.
